How different is the Armenian spoken in Armenia from that of spoken in Iran?

certainly there must be different dialects within Armenia but could one say for example this guy is speaking Armenian with Persian accent?

    Thats exactly it! Persian-Armenians, speak Armenian just like people from Armenia, except with a Persian accent.

    Armenians have been livin in Iran since the 1600s, and after a certain point, their Armenian started to adapt to the surrounding accent. In the same respect, Armenians from certain parts of Armenia, speak Armenian with a Russian accent.

    in armenia it is very different how u speak
    for example in yerevan it is different than in karabah and i never heard iranian speak armenian but i think it will be different
